Performs required operations on wire cutting machines including loading, unloading of parts, part inspection, and exchange and installation of wire roller. Cleans and performs preventive maintenance and minor adjustments of assigned equipment. Enters required data into computer. Moves/transports parts to appropriate location as needed. Maintains safe, clean and orderly work areas. Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals including the immediate supervisor, co-workers, and other shop personnel. Operates wire cutting machine, micrometers, gauges, various power tools, computer, etc., Performs related duties as required.

Program, set up, adjust and efficiently operate machines to perform diverse and difficult operations requiring close/exact tolerances on parts with various dimensions, while working with unusual contours and finish specifications.

Experience with GF CUT 2000 is preferred.
有夏米尔线 CUT 2000 相关经验者佳
Experience with operating of EDM drilling machine is preferred.
有穿孔机操作经验者佳
Be able to program and operate independently, solving and improving wire
-cutting problems.

Be responsible for the operation and basic maintenance of the equipment to
