| 工作描述： |
主要职责： - Be responsible for the establishment, daily maintenance and operational control of IATF 16949 system etc, to make sure the quality system can meet the group specifications and customers’ requirements. 负责IATF 16949等体系的建立、日常维护和运行控制，确保质量体系持续满足集团标准及客户要求。 - Certification, implementation and improvment of IATF 16949/ISO IATF 16949/ISO体系的认证、推进、改善 - Preparation & follow-up of external/internal audits, until all open issues are closed 内/外审核的准备和跟踪，直至问题点关闭 - Plan and implementation of quality system management review 质量体系管理评审的策划和实施 - Internal training of quality system 公司内部质量体系培训 - Guide and monitor the implementation of quality system across different functions in the company 指导和监督质量体系在公司各部门的执行性 - Establishment and maintenance of document control 文控系统建立和维护 - Involvement in the audit of suppliers’ quality system 参与供应商质量体系的审核 - Other tasks assigned by superior 主管安排的其他工作事项 任职要求： - Bachelor degree or above 大学本科及以上学历 - IATF16949 internal auditor certification IATF16949内审员认证 - At least 5 years experience in the establishment and maintenance of IATF16949 system 5年或以上IATF16949体系的建立及维护经验 - Deep knowledge of IATF16949 system 熟练掌握ITAF16949质量体系 - Knowledge of major OE customers’ CSR 了解主流主机客户的CSR - Proficient in English 英语熟练 - Good coordination and communication skills and team spirit 良好的协调沟通能力及团队合作精神 |
