| 工作描述： |
负责产品工艺管理、产品APQP策划实施以及制造技术支持等工作； Responsible for product process management、product APQP plan-carry out、production technical support and so on; 1.负责新产品制造工艺方案(设备/刀具/夹具辅具/工艺参数)策划与实施；产品质量控制方法策划与实施;APQP文件编制与更新； Responsible for new product manufacturing process(equipment/cutter/clamping tool/process parameter) planning and carry out; product quality control method planning and carry out;product APQP document create and updating; 2.负责产品APQP文件(如流程图、工艺图纸、控制计划等)的制定与更新维护； Responsible for product APQP document(such as process flow chart/process drawing/control plan) create and updating; 3.负责新产品工艺验证(如刀寿、加工程序、过程能力、夹具可靠性)及放行批准，确保工艺过程稳定满足PPAP要求； Be in charge of new product process verification and release(such as tool life、program、Cmk/Cpk/clamping tool capability) ensure stable process and meet PPAP requirement; 4.负责产品加工程序、过程工艺参数的设计及标准化管理；现场工艺标准化作业规程的制定与维护管理； Responsible for product CNC machining program and process parameter design and standardized management;shopfloor site process standard working instruction establish、maintenance and management; 5.生产现场工艺技术支持；主导质量问题的分析与改进措施的制定；参与质量改善活动；客户端技术质量问题沟通协调； Shop floor process technical supporting;leading quality issue analysis and corrective action creating;involve in quality improvement activities;customer side quality issue dispose and coordinate; 6.负责车间设备操作指导书、产品换型指导书的编制以及相关员工的培训工作； Responsible for shop floor machining equipment WI、product change over set up WI creating and related staff training; 7.主导生产车间平面布局图的规划与设计； Responsible for shopfloor layout planning and design; 8.新设备技术协议评审；主导新设备终验收活动；参与新设备安装调试过程以及主导新设备释放、操作及调试培训； New equipment technical agreement review;responsible for new equipment final acceptance;involve in new machine installation and set up process,leading new equipment release、operating and setting up training; 9.负责设备年度/日常维保计划的制定并监督实施过程； Responsible for equipment yearly/daily maintenance plan setting up and monitoring implementation; 10.主导工艺试验的策划与实施，主导相关工程变更活动的实施； Leading process test and verification task planning and carry out,leading related engineering change activity carry out; 11.确保工艺可靠性前提下主导工艺优化与提效降本活动的实施； Leading for process optimize regarding efficiency improve and cost reduction activities in condition of stable process; 12.其他领导下达的任务的执行落实。 Implement other task from leader. |

任职资格: qualifications 教育背景: education ◆本科及以上学历，机械制造、车辆工程或类似专业 Bachelor degree or above,major in machinery manufacturing、vehicle engineering or similar field； 培训经历: training experience ◆受过产品开发、项目管理、IATF16949质量工具、安全生产等方面的培训优先考虑 Trained for product development/project management/IATF16949 quality tool/safety production is preferred 经 验: Experiences: ◆汽车齿轮或相关精密零部件制造5年以上从业经验； At least 5 years working experience in auto gear or related precision components manufacturing field; 技能技巧: skill ◆精通高精度齿轮、齿轴类零件制造工艺及设备，如车削、滚齿、车齿、磨削、磨齿、珩齿等； Skilled in precision gear and gear shaft machining process and machine,such as turning、hobbing、skiving、 grinding、gear grinding、gear honing; ◆能够设计精密夹具、辅具、检具等； Able to design precision clamping tool/assist tool/measuring gage and so on; ◆熟练使用AutoCAD 或类似制图软件； Skilled in AutoCAD or similar drawing design software; ◆仔细认真，逻辑思维清晰，较好的口头与书面表达能力 Careful and serious attitude,logical thinking and strong oral and written expression skills ◆执行力强，较强的问题分析和解决能力，熟悉汽车行业体系相关管理要求； Strong executive ability, strong problem analysis and troubleshotting skill,familiar with automotive industry system management requirements； ◆熟练使用办公软件；英文满足工作需求； Familar in office software; English workable； |
