主要职责： 1. 负责公司医疗器械及相关产品的新产品开发和技术管理工作。 Responsible for the new product development and technical management of the company's medical devices and related products. 2. 负责公司新技术引进和产品开发的策划、实施和验证工作，与生产部门配合组织新产品的试制工作，与质量部门配合产品的注册工作。 Responsible for the planning, implementation and verification of the company's new technology introduction and product development, cooperate with the production department to organize the trial production of new products, and cooperate with the quality department to cooperate with the product registration work. 3. 负责主持本部门的全面管理工作，实施部门内的业务目标的制定，业务分工，绩效考核，预算管理、人才培养等。 Responsible for the overall management of the department, the implementation of the formulation of business objectives, business division of labor, performance appraisal, budget management, talent training, etc. 4. 负责组织公司技术管理制度和技术工艺标准的制定，制定或修改技术规程，编制工艺操作规程、生产设备及工装器具的正确使用、维修和技术安全等有关的技术文件。 Responsible for organizing the formulation of the company's technical management system and technical process standards, formulating or modifying technical regulations, and preparing technical documents related to process operation procedures, correct use, maintenance and technical safety of production equipment and tooling. 5. 负责及时指导、处理、协调和解决生产过程中出现的技术问题，确保公司生产计划的按时完成。 Responsible for timely guidance, handling, coordination and solving of technical problems in the production process to ensure the timely completion of the company's production plan. 6. 负责做好本部门的技术图纸、技术资料的归档管理工作 Responsible for the filing and management of technical drawings and technical data of the department. 7. 负责技术相关培训工作的开展，组织技术相关培训体系的建立，扩大公司专业技术人员的队伍。 Responsible for the development of technology-related training, organize the establishment of technology-related training system, and expand technical personnel team in the company. 8. 负责集团内公司，外协单位，政府机构的技术沟通与交流。 Responsible for technical communication with group companies, corporate companies, and government agencies. 9. 上级领导交付的其他工作。 Other work assigned by superior leaders. 任职要求: 1. 生物、化学、电子、机械等工科类专业本科以上学历，英文流利，口语交流无障碍。 2. 5年以上医疗器械行业从业经验，至少2年以上技术开发管理职从业经验。 3. 熟悉医疗器械生产质量管理要求（ISO13485），熟悉医疗行业的相关标准和法规。 4. 熟悉生产技术和新产品开发工作的流程和管理要求，有产品开发经验，对医疗器械软件有一定了解。 5. 具有较强的工作责任心和事业心，积极主动，原则性强，工作细心、具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作能力，较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题。 6. 可以接受不定期国内外出差。 |
