1. 保持工位安全,整洁,有序 To keep work station safe, neat, clean & orderly. (everything in it's place per work place organization standards, 5S)
2. 遵守作业指南和文件，作业人员需都知道所从事的工作，什么-如何-关键点-原因To follow standardized work instruction and documents at work station. Team member should have a good understanding of the WHAT-HOW-Key-Points-Reasons WHY .
3.使用正确的工具，检具。 The correct tools and gages present, in use and in Standardized work.
4.作业人员需知道所从事的工作的质量标准，关键点，原因和主要作业步骤。The team member should know the quality standards of the job, key points & reasons for major steps.
5.提高组装效率和产品质量Responsible for improving assembly efficiency and product quality
6.配合组长对关键工位的改善Cooperate with team leader on the improvement of the key points
7. Responsible for the inspection, supervision, guidance, coordination and assessment of the work of each post, supervise and urge the implementation of various safety rules and regulations, ensure the smooth progress of all safety work, find hidden dangers, timely implementation of corrective measure 负责检查、监督、指导、协调和考核各岗位工作，督促执行各项安全规章制度，保证各项安全工作顺利进行，发现隐患，及时落实整改措施
