| 工作描述： |
Responsibility: 1. Functional and professional support for plant manager and/or production director at the concept release meeting for new production lines. 2. Ramp-Up of complex production and/or assembly lines in cooperation with the related colleagues in the central business division. 3. Support of the related IEs in the central business division for the development of new production/assembly concepts and in the release meeting, either for new acquisition and/or nominated projects. 4. Independent and ambitious identification of improvement and/or ratio potentials for cost reduction. 5. Manufacturing Engineering experience in dedicated assembly or production process as needed to fulfill the job scope [e.g. welding; injection moulding; winding, etc.] area, support maintenance to analyze and reduce downtime, define achievable actions. 6. Independent and on schedule start-up management for production lines achieving the required/confirmed KPIs and objectives (concept release). 7. Support for the evaluation of technical/engineering changes within the series production in cooperation with the central business division. 8. Identification and documentation of production and assembly standards incl. responsibility to forward and/or present them to the responsible key functions for release (WL, MO, XPT, XFP). 9. Independent and ambitious preparation of target times (MTM, PT, balancing) and execution/release in the related assembly teams. 10. [GECOS] Creation/preparation and/or modification/maintaining of all kind of SAP data, such as bill of material, rate routing, change master, work center, production version etc. 11. Creation/preparation of all required documents (e. g. specification, procurement request, PFMEA, timeline, MTM) for improvements, technical changes and/or capacity extensions and execute them in the production. 12. Involvement in Root Cause analysis and support for corrective actions of non-conformities (process failures and customer returns). 13. Training setters and operators for machine and process, and also trouble shooting skill. 14. Plant Layout preparation under consideration of optimum space utilization and value stream Requirement: 1. Bachelor Degree Technical Engineering 2. Knowledge in: assembly technology in general, project management and cost-calculation and –comparison, FMEA and Auto Cad; preferably trained in the standard method MTM-SD 3. have a clear and fluent ability to speak English 4. be capable of reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations |
