| 工作描述： |
岗位要求： 1，中专以上学历，熟悉机电、电气、暖通、机械等专业，简单操作office软件， Secondary specialized school or above, mechanical and electrical major; Familiar with basic knowledge and operation of facilities and equipment, Familiar with office software; 2，需要有低压电工证; Low voltage electrician certificate is required； 3，具有5年以上的设施设备维修维护经验； More than 5 years of experience in facilities department. 4，扎实动手能力，良好的分析能力，具有团队工作精神及良好的人际关系处理及沟通技能 Solid in hand, good analysis capability, teamwork spirit and good interpersonal and communication skills; 岗位职责： 1，执行预防性维护保养计划，并填好记录表；负责厂房/设施设备（配电系统、空压系统、暖通空调系统、给排水，消防系统、建筑、BMS等设备设施）正常运行维护工作； Be responsible for the normal operation and maintenance of building/facility equipment (power distribution system, compressed air system, HVAC system, water supply and drainage, fire-fighting system, BMS, etc.); 2，执行预防性维护保养计划，并填好记录表； Implement the preventive maintenance according to the plan; 3，按时巡视设施设备，准确抄录各项数据并如实填写运行记录表; Regular inspection for facilities and recording the running data of equipment; 4，协助上级做好全厂设施的管理工作； To assist the leader to manage the facilities of the whole plant; 5，对现场设备设施进行故障维修; Trouble shooting for facilities in time; 6，主管分派的其他任务 Other tasks assigned by supervisor |
