Import & Export logistics &customs specialist, mainly responsible for material import and export logistics, customs declaration. Material maintenance, Goods receipt , stock-tacking operation in SAP. 进出口物流及关务专员, 主要负责物料的进出口物流，清关。SAP中物料维护，入库，盘库等工作。 • Main/Essential Task： The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work in this position. The position may require that employees perform other duties as assigned以下说明旨在描述总括性的、实质性的工作职责,无法罗列所有详尽的工作内容，因此雇员还可能需要完成以下列表中尚未提及的工作职责. 1、Track the whole process of logistics and give feedback in time . 对物流的全流程进行跟踪并及时反馈。 2、Coordination and solution of various unexpected problems in customs clearance business. 清关业务中各种突发问题的协调与解决。 3、Statistics and management of import and export data,control logistics cost. 进出口数据的统计与管理,控制物流成本。 4、Relevant operations in SAP system shall be timely and accurate without difference SAP 系统中操作保证及时，准确无差异。 5、Logistics / customs clearance fee billing check and settlement. 物流/清关费用核对,结算。 6、Assist on some other office affairs according to instructions 办公室其他事务 7、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. 8、Statistics and management of import and export data,control logistics cost. 进出口数据的统计与管理,控制物流成本 9、Relevant operations in SAP system shall be timely and accurate without difference SAP 系统中操作保证及时，准确无差异 10、Logistics / customs clearance fee billing check and settlement. 物流/清关费用核对,结算 11、Assist on some other office affairs according to instructions 办公室其他事务 12、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作 |

Qualifications/ Requirements： 1、Bachelor degree本科学历 2、Customs declaration, international freight, international trade and other related majors. 报关与国际货运，国际贸易 等相关专业 3、Min 1 year of working experience in foreign trade industry Or excellent fresh graduates 至少1年在外贸行业相关工作经验 4、Proficient in Excel, PPT, word 熟练掌握Excel， PPT， word 5、English is capable in daily working environment英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（重要，必须！！！） 6、Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识. 7、Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识. 8、Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力 9、Strong anti-pressure ability 抗压能力强 10、Good communication and coordination skills, good at cooperating with others良好的沟通协调能力，善于与人协作 11、Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则 备注：此岗位为劳务派遣职位，不能接受的勿扰 |
