工作描述：	Include but are not limited to:  -Order processing for goods and accessories;  -Sales order follow up;  -Cooperate with sales team, aftersales, purchasing, production, warehouse, customs, other subsidiaries, accounting, service and other related departments;  -Create order in SAP, process order including delivery, clearing specifications, order components at TRUMPF subsidiaries, import machines or components, booking the vessel or flight for the ocean/air shipping and handle the import customs clearance, responsible for supply and demand of those products;  -Assist production planner to following up production orders to ensure on-time production output without any interruption to defined production plan;  -Cooperate with production planner to audit physical storages timely to minimize deviations among actual inventory and SAP system;  -Establish and maintain the computerized/paper documents to monitor/record order status and delivery status;  -Drive improvements in order processing processes;  -Review Sales forecast with BU，analyze and confirm demand changes with Sales team;  -Develop inventory related SOP and reporting；  -Control inventory level and turns; Monitor inventory accuracy；  -Other tasks assigned by the line manager. Qualifications and Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above. -International Trade, Commercial, or Logistic related major. -ideally 3-5 years in similar areas, e.g. logistics, sales, production planning, purchasing, order processing, customs clearance, etc. - Accurate, reliable, self dependent work style;  Strong interpersonal communication skills;  Strong planning/organizing/analysis skills;  Strong Excel and SAP R3 operation skills;  Have high pressure bear and can accept flexible job assignment; -Good spoken and written English skills. -Good cooperation ability to deal with interface functions (e.g. sales, purchasing, QC), internal/external suppliers; -Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
