一、岗位职责 Responsibilities of the position： 1.根据客户的产品和技术要求提供相匹配的压机设备的技术方案： 含各种关键的技术参数，设备的布局以及其他的一些关键配套设备的选型和计算 Provide technical proposals to customers based on product and technical requirements including all core technical parameters, machine layout and selection and calculation for other related units. 2.管理产品管理部门各个相关职能，协调好内容不同职能专家与公司其他团队的沟通和协调工作 Manage the daily work of product department with cordinating the collabration between department experts and other functional teams 3.分析签订的技术合同并以此建立生产任务单，分解任务给各个相关部门进行项目执行 Based on official signed version of technical agreement from customers, generate project orders accordingly with transfering tasks to different functional teams; 4.负责跟进后期客户的设备扩产，升级，改造等进一步的技术支持； Technical support to the follow up of customer production extention, upgrading , maintenance etc. 5.负责从产品管理角度跟踪新产品的研制也验证过程，并协同销售进行市场推广; Follow up related activities for new produts from R&D phase till final marketing promotion; 6.其他直线领导安排的任务 Other tasks assigned by line manager 二、岗位要求 Requirements for the position： 1.机械设计，电气设计等相关专业, 本科及以上学历 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering/electrical engineering or related 2.英语读写流利，能作为工作语言(必须项) Fluent English for both writing and speaking as daily official working language（Must） 3.8年以上机电类设备产品或项目管理、产品销售类、研发类的经验 At least 8 years’ experience at product/project management work, or technical sales work or R&D work on mechanical automation machinery industry. 4.能独立编写设备的技术方案，熟练使用AUTOCAD 或其他二维软件根据客户厂房布置出局设备布局图 Ba capable of making technical specifications based on the training from R&D team.
