岗位职责： 1.负责注塑车间的模具维修和保养工作。填写好《模具维修保养单》 Responsible for molding tooling repair and maintenance, fill in the tooling maintenance form. 2.指导外协厂商对模具的维修，并协助验证产品质量符合要求 Responsible for outsourcing vendor tooling maintenance and verify the maintenance quality. 3.品质异常，模具异常处理,保证生产顺利进行 Deal with production issues for mold issues, ensure volume production smoothly. 4.负责模具间整理，整顿，5S活动 Charge for mold shop to organize, rectify and 5S activities. 5.根据生产计划，完成模具相应级别的维修和保养（模具在线保养和三级保养） According to production plan to finish mold maintenance and correction ( on line and 3 level maintenance). 6.必要时协助注塑生产进行更换模具 Assist to mold exchange for molding production. 7.完成领导交代的其他任务 Complete other related tasks assigned by leaders. 岗位要求： 1.中专以上学历，机械制造或模具专业优先 Technical secondary school or above, prefer major in mechanical manufacturing or mold specialty. 2.3年以上注塑，模具行业工作经验 3 years working experience in injection molding industry. 3.具备模具维修经验，具备良好的模具问题分析和解决问题的能力 Have experience in mold maintenance and good ability to analyze and solve mold issues. 4.责任心强，能吃苦耐劳 Strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and hard work |
