岗位职责： 负责部门日常物流管理工作，包括：运输、仓储、配送、车辆管理等 Responsible for daily logistics management of the department, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, vehicle management, etc 负责原材料、半成品、成品仓库的日常管理工作，如人员工作分配、调度等。 Responsible for the daily management of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products warehouse, such as staff work allocation, scheduling, etc. 负责现有物流流程优化及智能化仓储 Logistics process optimization and warehouse automatization 维护及持续提高仓库运营的所有相关流程，确保作业规范 Maintain and continuously improve all relevant processes of warehouse operation to ensure operation specifications. 定期盘点， 保证数据准确， 确保实际仓储数据与系统一致 Periodic inventory, ensure the data is accurate and the actual warehouse data is consistent with the system. 协助部门负责人制定仓储物流规划、工作计划 Assist department head to make warehouse logistics plan and work plan 负责物流成本核价、成本分析、成本管控工作 Responsible for logistics cost pricing, cost analysis and cost control 根据业务需求以及员工个人的能力和技能，制定个人发展规划 According to the business needs and the abilities and skills of employees, make personal development plans. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作 Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 岗位要求： 物流或相关专业本科学历 Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field 三年以上物流工作经验 At least three years of logistics experience 具备英语读写能力，熟悉SAP English writing, reading skill；Familiar with SAP； 了解仓库管理知识和物料供应链流程 Knowledge of warehouse management and material supply chain process 良好的沟通技巧与团队精神，能与内外部建立良好的信赖协作关系 Good communication skills & team spirit to maintain trustworthy relationship with both internal and external stakeholders |
