| 工作描述： |
岗位职责/Responsibilities:
1、领导生产团队，建立一套德国标准的生产体系和规章制度；
Leading production team to build a set of production system and regulations in compliance with German standard;
2、根据销售部门的需求，安排生产计划，确保质量、交货和成本均处于良好的状态；
Arrange the production plan basing on the demand of sales departments to ensure quality, delivery and cost all in good status;
3、维护工厂的各类生产设备、消防系统和其他基础设施，确保工厂的正常运作和生产安全；
Keep all production equipment, fire-fighting system and other infrastructures running well and guarantee the safe environment in the plant;
4、与德国总部的产品、研发、工艺部门合作，完善生产质量工作的流程，完成总部的转移项目；
Coordination with Product, R&D and Process departments in German headquarter, to improve the daily production and quality control level and to fulfil the transfer project from headquarter;
5、维护一个良好的团队合作环境，培训和激励员工；
Build one harmony teamwork environment to train and motivate the employees;
6、完成总经理交办的其他工作。
Execute other works required by GM.

岗位要求/Requirements:
1、工科类本科以上学历，机械类相关专业；
Engineering bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical related;
2、五年以上外企制造业生产管理经验，熟悉机械制造工艺流程，有机加工和电机装配经验者优先；
Five years’ experience of production management in manufacturing company invested by foreigners and be familiar with mechanical process, experience in machining or motor assembly is preferred;
3、具备很强的流程建设、品质管理和沟通协调能力，对ISO9001质量管理体系有比较深刻的认识和实际操作能力，熟悉ISO14001更佳；
Strong ability of process building, quality management and cross-function coordination, be familiar with ISO9001 QMS with practical experience, knowledge of ISO14001 is preferred;
4、良好的英语听说读写能力，能直接跟德国总部的人员沟通；
Good skill in oral and writing English to communicate with German colleagues directly;
5、熟练掌握office办公软件，有ERP系统或CAD经验者优先；
Good knowledge of MS office software, experience of ERP or CAD is preferred;
6、责任心强，能在压力下工作，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
High responsibility sense and can work in high pressure with problem-solving competence.
