| 工作描述： |
1.进行市场调查, 收集国内市场以及潜在客户信息, 开发新客户新业务, 维护和提高市场份额;
Making the market analysis, collecting domestic market information and potential
customer’s information, developing new customers and new business so as to keep or
improve our market shares.
2.维护与客户的良好关系, 及时了解客户的信息/需求, 处理客户询价报价事宜，维护客户档案
Maintaining good relationships with customers to get right information/demand, to receive RFQs and make quotations, to keep customer files updated
3.监测总结各客户的实际销售状况/潜在销售额，做出分析并及时采取相应措施。
Monitoring the actual sales situation/potential sales of each customer and make analysis, take
necessary actions properly.
4.协调外部客户与公司内部各有关部门的联系,将顾客的各种要求及时准确地传达到公司相关部门为客户提供必要的服务。
Coordinating customer's issues with internal responsible departments, transfer customer’s requirements into internal departments rightly and provide necessary services for customers accordingly.
5.协调联系德国总部, 为业务开发和维护获取必要的指导和支持
Communicating with headquarter to get necessary directions and supports for
business development.
6.收集竞争对手信息进行分析,为管理层决策提供必要的数据信息。
Collecting competitor’s information and provide it for reference of management’s decision.
7.为公司各部门和管理层提供准确的销售预测数据, 定期维护内部系统中的预测数据
Providing right forecasts data to internal departments and the management. Maintaining the internal forecast data regularly.
8.客户主数据，产品销售价格等必须信息的及时系统维护和管理。
Maintaining of customer master data, sales price etc. necessary information in system and
keeping the data updated timely.
9.调查监控客户满意度, 跟踪顾客抱怨的处理情况,为内部各部门工作持续改进提供数据信息。
Monitoring the customer’s satisfaction index. Tracing the settlement of customer’s complaints. Providing necessary information for responsible departments for continuous improvement.
10.管理监控应收款状况, 确保销售货款的准时安全收回.
Monitoring A/R situation of each customer to ensure the open A/Rs to be settled punctually
and safely.
11.准时完成公司交办的其它任务。
Accomplishing other tasks punctually appointed by the company.
