Gerneral Purpose:
To localize the thin-disc laser acceptance and the knowledge transfer
支持碟片激光器本地化生产的技术工作
To conduct the technical implementation of the local design change of the mechanical components
支持碟片激光器的设计改型
To modify the process of the thin-disc laser acceptance and to hand-over to the manufacturing team
支持碟片激光器生产流程优化
主要任务:
1.To prepare work instruction for the thin-disc laser acceptance, including the electrical components, optical components, hydraulic module and other parts
根据已有文件准备及定义碟片激光器安装及操作作业指导，包括电气部分，光机械部分，水路及其他子系统
2.To maintain the work instruction for the thin-disc laser acceptance based on the laser configuration
根据不同激光配置维护碟片激光器安装及操作作业指导
3.To hand-over the work instruction to the manufacturing team, and to support work related to pFMEA and failure analysis
将碟片激光器安装操作指导交付生产团队，并支持完成生效原因分析及相关档案
4.To modify the laser acceptance process, including the wiring, hosing, and all related topic
优化碟片激光其安装操作流程，包括电气部分，水路及其他子系统
5.To modify the hydraulich design of the thin-disc laser, with numerical simulation and hand-on operation
使用数字模拟优化碟片激光器水路及气路系统设计，并测试评价实际运行
6.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.Bachelor for optics, optical technologies, mechanical engineering
光学系统，机械或光学设计本科以上学历
2.Experience in tuning Slab Laser, ROD laser, Dye Laser and Thin-disc laser
3.Slab laser， ROD Laser， Dye laser 或Thin-disc laser光路调制经验
4.Experience in designing Heat dessipition module and its hydraulich subsystem
固态激光器谐振腔散射模块设计经验
5.Experience in designing opto-mechanical components.Use assembly tools of all kinds
光机械部件的设计经验,熟练使用装配工具
6.Latex editing system, including MikTex, LaTex etc.Origin Pro for data analysis
熟练使用Latex文档编辑, 包括MikTex， LaTex等,熟练使用OriginPro数据分析
7.Solidworks for mechanical design.At least on of CFD simulation tools, including Ansys CFD, Solidworks Flow simulation, COMSOL or OpenFOAM
熟练使用Solidworks，能够熟练使用至少一种CFD或其他流体力学分析软件，不限于Ansys CFD，Solidworks Flow Simulation, COMSOL或OpenFOAM
8.Basic Programming skill
基础编程知识
9.English is capable in daily working environmentin including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）
10.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
