Job tasks in detail 岗位描述
1. 遵守公司和部门各项规章制度，配合各部门完成各项与质量相关的工作。
Abide by the rules and regulations of the company and the department and cooperate with each department to complete various quality-related work.
2. 负责制药实验室以及人员的日常管理工作 。
Be responsible for the daily operation and personal management of pharma lab.
3. 负责实验室日常设备以及相关物品的管理和使用。
Responsible for daily equipment and related device’s management and usage in pharma lab.
4. 与销售及客户对接进行客户实验的报价。
Co-work with sales and customer in offering quotation for trial for customers.
5. 对客户实验进项计划安排并执行实验。
Arrange and operate the trail works from contracted customers.
6. 负责客户实验产品的管理以及后续的跟踪工作。
Be responsible for the trial product management and further following up.
7. 配合销售部门对客户的售前售中售后对工艺进行技术指导和交流。
Responsible for the processing technical guidance and communication with customer before /in/after sale.
8. 负责对老客户的客户进行螺杆组合的设计及调整。帮助老客户充分利用挤出机开发产品。
Responsible for client screw configuration design and adjustment. Help client to develop new product on extruder.
9. 协助客户进行工艺放大，连续化生产等工艺支持。
Assist clients on process scale-up，continuous manufacturing process support.
10. 负责新销售合同签订后螺杆组合的设计,对接客户产品处方和工艺开发。
Responsible for design screw configuration for customer after new contract signed，work with client on formulation and process development.
11. 对客户进行挤出机理论知识以及制药工艺过程的培训。
Responsible for customer training on extruder technology and pharma processing.
12. 对售后部门或客户进行工艺支持，解决客户投诉工艺上的问题。
Cooperate with after sales and customer to provide solution on processing issues.
13. 与公司总部同事一起负责内部新产品新应用的开发。
Be responsible for new product or application development together with headquarter colleagues.
14. 执行设备出厂FAT验收试机，验证和验收等工作。
Responsible for machine FAT operation，validation and qualification execution with customer.
15. 负责出差以及现场服务过程中的人身和设备安全。
Need to ensure personal and equipment safety during business trip and on-site service.
16. 合理安排出差时间及交通，自觉做好差旅费用控制。
Can arrange travel time and transportation reasonably and control travel expenses consciously.

教育水平和技能
- Background in pharmacy pharmaceutics, bachelor's degree or above.
- 药学/药剂学本科学历及以上；
- Outgoing, friendly and willing to communicate with others
- 性格开朗，与人为善，乐于与人沟通；
- Good team work and self-motivation
- 具有很好的团队合作和自我激励能力；
- Good problem solving and coordination ability
- 具有良好的解决问题和协调能力；
- Willingness to work under pressure and learn new skill.

- Fluent in English. Understand pharma scientific literature and research papers.
- 英语流利。能读懂制药技术和研究文献。
Desired professional knowledge and experience
期望的专业知识和经验
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical R&D or process support experience, familiar with oral dosage form production and process.
- 至少5年制药研发或工艺支持经验，熟悉口服固体制剂生产和工艺。
- Knowledge of operating related pharmaceutical production and analysis equipment
- 了解相关制药生产设备和分析仪器的基本操作。
- Process scale up and qualification/validation experience.
- 具有工艺放大和确认/验证实际经验。
