岗位职责： 领导和组织ISO14001&ISO45001的内审与外审； Organize and lead internal audit and external audit for ISO14001 & ISO45001 确认和评估所有适用的EHS法律要求； Identify and evaluate all applicable EHS legal requirements 与当地政府官员密切合作，配合完成EHS相关检验和要求； Work closely with local government officer for EHS related inspections and requirements 确保对所有需要的员工进行必要的培训； Ensure necessary training is delivered to all required employees 评估分析职业危害和潜在的伤害风险或职业病风险； Evaluate and analyze job hazard and potential risks of injury or occupational illness 评估和分析环境方面的情况并制定控制计划； Evaluate and analyze Env aspects and make control plans 制定EHS程序和说明文件以及安全工作许可程序； Develop EHS procedures and instructions and safety work permit program 领导和参与EHS现场检查、审核等；跟踪所有EHS未决问题的纠正措施 Lead and participant in EHS onsite inspections, audit, etc；Track corrective actions for all EHS open issues to be closed 根据既定程序编制EHS数据，支持内部和外部的EHS报告、文件和记录 Compile of EHS data, support internal and external EHS reporting, documentation and record, as per established procedures 积极参与变更或项目的EHS评审； Proactively involvement for EHS review of change(s) / project(s) 积极参与事件调查，根本原因分析，支持和推动纠正措施完成 Actively participate in incident investigation, root cause analysis, support and drive corrective actions and closure 支持维护有效的应急响应计划，并定期进行演练 Support in maintaining an effective emergency response plan and work with leaders to have drill regularly 推广优秀的安全文化 To promote good safety culture 完成领导交待的其他事宜 Complete other tasks assigned by leaders 岗位要求： 环境科学与安全类、工程类本科学历以上学历，8年以上安全工作经验； Minimum 8 years；bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering or science 熟悉中国EHS法规和安全相关规定； Be familiar with Chinese EHS laws and safety related regulations 良好的沟通技巧，能够有效地与公司内部和外部的各部门沟通； Good communication and influencing skill with the ability to interface effectively with all levels within company as well as the organization outside 具有优秀的英语听说读写能力；中国注册安全工程师可优先 English skills both oral and written；China Certified safety Engineer is preferred |
