职位概要（Position Summary）： 负责维持一个安全、顺畅和高效的生产运营,以确保高质量、低成本，收益最大化。 Responsible for maintaining a safe, smooth and efficient production operation, to ensure high quality and low cost, to maximize profit. 工作范围/管理和相关部门（Scope/Supervision & Interaction）： 生产部门 / Production 主要职责（Main Responsibilities）: • Oversees daily production 监督日常生产 o Supervise and support supervisors to arrange production according to production plan. 监督、支持生产主管按照生产计划安排生产 o Plans, directs and assigns duties of manufacturing personnel 计划，指导和安排生产员工的职责 o Approve overtime arrangement when necessary, to meet production goals 为达到生产目标，批准超时工作， o Ensures profits are maximized 确保利润的最大化 • Analyze daily production data and prepares management and financial reports 分析日常生产数据，准备相关的管理和财务报告 o Prepares daily production figures for production meeting 为生产会议提供日常生产数据 o Compiles month-end reports 编辑月底报告 • Troubleshoots production problems 解决生产上面的问题 o Report production problems to Operation Manager when necessary. 必要时向运营经理报告生产过程中出现的问题 • Management of Production Department 生产部门的管理 o Organizes and conducts meetings with Supervisors on a regular basis 组织并主导与生产主管的定期会议 o Recruits (with HR) new employees 协助人力资源部招聘新员工 o Ensures efficient shift hand-over 确保有效的交接班 o Performs rewards and punishment 执行奖惩措施 o Assesses training needs, Oversees all production training 评估员工培训需求，监督所有的生产培训 o Maintains an operation skill level balance on all shifts 维持班组技能水平的平衡 o Performs annual Performance Evaluation 执行年度工作绩效评估 • Ensures EHS regulations are followed by all employees. 确保所有员工遵守EHS规章制度 • Closely works with quality department, to ensure products are produced under company’s quality standard and maintain stable quality level. 与质量部积极配合，生产出符合公司质量标准的产品并确保稳定的产品质量。 o Organizes related production people to analyze the quality issue from customer complaint, draw up and implement action plan. 组织相关人员对客户投诉的质量问题进行分析，制定并实施改进措施 o Ensures all quality correcting and preventing measures in production function are fully executed. 确保和生产有关的所有质量纠正预防措施百分百地被执行 • Cost reduction 成本节约 o Continuously reduce the wastage level of raw materials 持续不断地降低原料损耗水平 o Control and maintain the low level of regrinding materials 控制并维持低水平的粉碎原料 o Economize all energy consumption 节约和生产有关的能源消耗 • Ensures all employees follow procedures 确保所有的员工遵守规定和程序 o Revises existing and/or implements new procedures 修改原来的程序并实施新的程序 o Explains procedures to employees 给员工解释这些更新程序 Education/Experience教育/经历 • Min university graduate in related field or equivalent, preferred in technical / Engineering field 大学本科或本科以上技术工程专业 • Above 10 years in manufacturing environment, 3 to 5 years experience in a management position preferably in plastics industry 在制造型工厂10年工作经历，3到5年的管理层工作经验，有塑料制品行业工作经历的优先考虑 • Practical hands-on in machine set-up and adjustment 具备设备设定和调试的实际操作能力 Qualifications/Skills 资格/技能 • Rich knowledge of plastics manufacturing process 对塑料制造行业的工艺有充分的认识 • Thorough understanding of Health and Safety practices 对健康和安全操作有透彻的理解 • Excellent communication and organizational skills 优秀的沟通和组织能力 • Strong leadership skills 领导能力强 • Good communication capabilities in English (verbal, writing, reading) 英语交流能力良好（口语，书面，阅读） • Cost saving and budgeting ability 具备节约成本和预算的能力 |
