工作描述: |
BROAD FUNCTION
- Be independently manage all admin responsibility for two REHAU plants in Taicang.
- Ensure all services can support business growth and bring good experience to employee, customers and external partners.
- Together with line manage as contact window for government relevant affairs.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Office management:
- As owner of office / relevant facilities management to ensure all functional equipment can work as normal.
- Coordinate with maintenance team or professional maintenance supplier to fix all facility issue.
- Be in charge of office layout, design, and concept.
- Be in charge of office renovation projects when its required from business side.
- Manage cleanliness of office areas and office surroundings;
- Other tasks in office management area.
2. Travel Management & Support:
- Regular update travel policy based on market change and internal business needs;
- Manage all travel relevant venders to ensure good quality of service but with reasonable price to employees, customers. E.g. hotel, and flight booking.
- Deliver relevant trainings to new staff.
- Travel support to other irregular internal events, e.g. customer meeting, yearly employee meeting, and conference.
3. Canteen and Security team management.
- Daily canteen management to ensure quality of food meet the major expectation of employee.
- Regularly conduct the satisfaction survey to benchmarking and improvement.
- Manage security team to ensure daily security task.
4. Government affairs
- Be contract window to government for relevant affairs.
- Prepare relevant documents for relevant certificate, subsidy, acknowledgement application;
- Support line manager to enhance the influence capability in the location.
5. Other Services
- Support sales, marketing team on customer visiting.
- Company car management.

REQUIREMENTS
1. EDUCATION
- Minimum college diploma in any discipline, preferably relating to business administration
2. EXPERIENCE
- 5 years working experience in administration.
- Team leader experience would be preferred.
3. SKILLS
- Good planning, coordination and organization skills, and proactive in problem solving and process improvement.
- Good customer service mindset;
- Strong cost management awareness
- Good team work spirit
- Basic English communication skill is required in both writing & speaking. |
