General Purpose:
To promote brand of its innovation solutions and generating leads in its targeted market segments, through delivering strategic Marketing Communications programs and activities;
To support business growth for Laser Technology business in China through clearly defined aspirational goals.

Main Task:
Reporting to Head of Marketing, you will be part of a winning team and develop your career in a positive and engaging environment.

1.Develop and execute the MarComm programs based on a clearly defined customer journey to support sales strategy from promotion perspective in China, including hands-on implementation of industry trade fairs, conferences, etc;
根据明确定义的客户旅程制定和执行市场营销活动，从营销推广的角度支持通快品牌在中国的销售策略，包括实际执行行业展会、会议等活动;
2.Focus on leads generation in the design and implementation of MarCom programs through all types of digital communications tactics and offline activities;
通过所有类型的数字营销策略和线下活动，在设计和实施市场营销活动时，重点关注销售线索的产生;
3.Support cross-BU events execution as main contact from TRUMPF China Laser Technology, including TRUMPF Group 100-year Anniversary, TRUMPF China TechDays;
作为激光技术部的主要联系人，支持跨业务部门的活动执行，包括集团100周年庆祝活动，通快中国技术开放日等；
4.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.Bachelor degree本科学历
2.Bachelor’s degree in Advertisement, Communications, Marketing, English majors is preferred.新闻广告、传媒、营销、英文等相关专业者优先
3.Substantial MarComm and brand experience; 5-plus years working in-house, agency, or both;
丰富的市场和品牌经验；有5年以上的甲方、乙方或两者工作经验；
4.Proven track record of enhancing company reputation and delivering value through strategic marketing activities;
在通过战略营销活动提高公司声誉和提供价值方面有良好的记录；
5.Excellent organisational abilities, including in particular the capacity to manage several projects at once;
优秀的组织能力，特别是包括同时管理几个项目的能力；
6.Competence and experience in digital marketing is a plus;
具有数字营销方面的能力和经验者优先；
7.The job requires high level writing skill in both English and Chinese and fluent spoken English, strong PPT develop skills are important.

8.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
