Job Description/ Responsibilities: 1、Review Sales forecast with BU，analyze and confirm demand changes with Sales team; 2、Update the demand & supply plan for coming 6~12 months 3、Develop inventory related SOP and reporting； 4、Control inventory level and turns; 5、Monitor inventory accuracy； 6、Cooperate with sales team, aftersales, purchasing, production, warehouse, customs, other subsidiaries, accounting, service and other related departments; 7、Assist production planner in following up production orders to ensure on-time production, strictly sticking to defined production plan; 8、Cooperate with production planner to audit physical storages timely to minimize deviations among actual inventory and SAP system; 9、Establish and maintain the computerized/paper documents to monitor/record order status and delivery status; 10、Drive continuous improvements in order processing processes; 11、Other tasks assigned by the line manager. Qualifications and Requirements: 1、Bechalor degree or above，International Trade, Commercial, or Logistic related major. 2、Ideally 3-5 years in similar areas, e.g. logistics, sales, production planning, purchasing, order processing, customs clearance, etc. 3、Strong Excel and SAP R3 operation skills; 4、Have high pressure bear and can accept flexible job assignment 5、Good spoken and written English skills. 6、Good cooperation ability to deal with interface functions (e.g. sales, purchasing, QC), internal/external suppliers; 7、Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. |
