PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Manage overall Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality and continuous improvement.
2. Implement and maintain quality procedures and processes in conformance to Enerpac global ISO standards. Ensure compliance and pass annual audits.
3. Develop and execute quality control plan. Monitor quality and production targets and KPIs, determine action plans and/or corrective actions to achieve the targets.
4. Work closely with customers, other Enerpac operating groups, and suppliers to resolve quality related issues through effective problem-solving techniques and effectively manage the Quality function to ensure that customer quality requirements are met.
5. Work cross-functionally with other departments such as supply chain, IT, finance, and customer service to drive continuous improvement and achieve the business objectives.
6. Provide technical advice based on industry or customer specific standards to resolve quality matters and ensure continuous improvement
7. Address local and overseas customer concerns in association with other functions.
8. Manage quality and production budgets in a fiscally prudent manner. Coach/mentor staff to achieve continuous employee development.
9. Cooperation with other departments to facilitate coordination of new product launches, including all phases of APQP, PPAP submission and ECN implementation.
10. Management of operational and quality activities & personnel. Determine labor required to meet production plan and business objectives.
11. Work with internal and external resources to develop and maintain production tools and equipment
12. Maintain and drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, and cost
13. Other tasks as assigned by leader |

Education background/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical field.
2. 8+ years working experience, 3+ years solid quality experience in Automotive industry or related industrial tool or hydraulic industries preferred
3. Strong on-hand problem-solving capabilities, MNC background preferred.
Working experience:
1, Familiar with ISO 9001 and associated tools, e.g. FMEA, CP, APQP, SPC, MSA, etc.
2, Intensive shop floor quality control experiences.
3, Familiar with customer concern management process.
4, Familiar with supplier quality management process.
5, Familiar with process audit.
6, Experience supervising teams
7, Able to use various problem solving tools.
Skills:
1. Proficient oral and written communication in both Chinese and English. Able to attend conference call meetings with overseas colleagues.
2. Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Able to learn and adapt to new software systems.
3. Strong quality awareness and execution power.
4. Customer oriented.
5. Ability to work under pressure, strong execution
6. Self -motivated.
7. Good sense of team work. |
