| 工作描述： |
The role will work closely with Strategic Engineering Director to ensure project safety from design, construction, MEP installation, commissioning until start up. This includes: • Design safety review. • Construction safety management. • Installation and Commissioning safety management. • Set up safety management system comply with regulation and RECKITT standard. Accountabilities: • Fulfil RECKITT HSE management system in project. Ensure safety compliance of contractors’ system and activities. • Daily worksite control of construction area. Organize regular safety meetings, on site inspect, follow up on incompliance issue resolved. • Deploy Job Safety Analysis of each detailed construction work. Work together with contractors to develop valid risk control action then ensure the implementation. • Establish Work Permit process including high risk work control, define role and responsibility and ensure the implementation. • Ensure contractors’ induction with the right certification and training, especially on contractors’ individual certificate, training and entry management. • Ensure good safety condition of Contractors’ equipment and tools. • Routine safety communication with project leadership. Create weekly and monthly safety report. Organize monthly safety audit with project team. • Coordinate with local fire fighting and safety bureau for any regulation requirement. • Rich experience on project safety management. Work experience in Engineering consulting firms is a plus. • At least two years’ work experience in foreign company environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Be knowledgeable on fire fighting, electrical safety, construction safety, etc. Professional qualifications required: • Educated to Degree calibre – university graduate. • Can read English is an essential. • Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project. • Safety Engineer registration in local bureau is a plus. |
