Job requirements : 1.window contact with customer planning 2.customer forecast /order following 3.production plan and delivery plan 4.Inventory control Detailed: 1. Be responsible for communication and interface with customer to get rolling demand forecast and daily delivery plan. 负责和各客户计划部门接口，获取客户滚动预测和供货计划，汇总客户需求 2. Receive customers' orders, formulate shipping plans, and track the completion of shipping plans and orders to ensure the completion of customers' normal pulling. 接收客户订单，制定发运计划，并跟踪发运计划与订单的完成确保完成客户正常拉动。 3. Revise and release Supply Material Requirement Forecast 根据客户需求输入，编制并下达供应商物料需求预测。 4. Count and analyze the actual output difference of production, adjust the production plan in time, and ensure delivery; 统计并分析生产实际产出差异，及时调整生产计划，确保交付达成； 5. In view of the impact of abnormal production (lack of materials, lack of packaging, lack of materials, abnormal shutdown / downtime, abnormal quality, shortage of personnel, etc.) on the delivery, give early warning in time; 针对生产异常（缺料，缺包装，素材不足，异常停线/宕机，品质异常，人员短缺等）影响交付达成，及时预警； 6. Control inventory, avoid delivery risk and improve inventory turnover; 控制库存，避免交付风险，提升库存周转率； 7. Collect and summarize the third-party warehouse inventory of parts of each corresponding project every day 每日收集汇总各对应项目零件的三方仓库库存 8. Be responsible for delivery reconciliation with customers and support finance 负责与客户间的交付对账，支持财务开票结算 9. other tasks from supervisor 上级主管分配的其他工作内容 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，客户服务、客户计划工作经验背景； 2. 良好的英语听书读写；沟通好； 3. 抗压能力好 |
