Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:
-Be responsible for the corporate purchasing of related material & services according to the defined strategy;
根据采购策略执行中国区相关产品及服务的集团采购；
-Be able to define the category strategy , lead and organize the bidding and make sure the right bidding process has been implemented.
能够独立负责完成品类采购策略制定并主导和组织有跨部门参与的招标流程。
-Be able to seek the potential opportunities for cost saving and drive the project to achieve the target能够发现潜在成本节约机会并推进实施；
-Be responsible for the requests for daily operation and ensure business operation running smoothly
负责和处理日常采购需求并确保业务运行顺畅。
-Develop new suppliers and manage existing supplier performance in consistent and systematic way including key supplier KPI setting and performance tracking
发展新供应商，同时用持续和系统的方法管理现有供应商的履行情况，包括定义关键供应商 KPI 和跟踪其执行情况等。
-Be good at the commercial negotiation and in charge of the contract management;擅长商务谈判和负责合同管理工作。
-Be able to collaborate with internal stakeholder and plant buyer closely, to meet the internal customer satisfaction while being able to achieve the target.
紧密的和内部客户、工厂采购沟通及合作，确保内部客户满意度及采购目标的实现。
-Perform other duties assigned by NPMS manager.
能够完成采购经理交予的其他任务。 |

Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge关键能力、技能和知识:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
有良好的沟通技巧和谈判技巧
-Have good knowledge of e- bidding tools.
熟悉并会使用网上竞价工具
-Good command of English both in written and oral (CET-4 ).
良好的英语书写和口语能力
-Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point

Work Experience 工作经验:
-Minimum 5 years working experience in Non-Production Material purchasing and key supplier performance management, and experience of corporate purchasing is preferred.
在非生产性采购业务和供应商管理具有 5 年以上经验的, 有集团采购经验尤佳。 |
