| 工作描述： |
1. 通过分析根本原因，夹具调整和焊接参数设置（主要激光焊），自觉主动地支持和帮助生产团队解决焊接问题，为技术员准备操作指导书；
Mentor and assist in full autonomy and responsibility the manufacturing team in welding problems by root cause analysis, tools/fixtures adjustment and parameter setting of welding equipment (especially laser welding). Prepare instructions for the setters.
2. 减少停机时间，提高设备综合利用率
To help to reduce downtimes on machines, to help to improve OEE of welding machines
3. 培训焊接技术员，与夹具工程师合作，改善焊接质量；
To train welding setters and close cooperation with toolmaker to improve the quality of welded parts
4. 负责工厂所有焊接参数，监控变化点；
Be responsible for all welding parameters in the plant, monitor their changes
5. 主动自觉的提供有效的方案，避免问题发生；
Propose, implement and follow, in full autonomy and responsibility, effective and stable corrective actions in order to avoid any new occurrence
6. 主动自觉的安装和确保新设备的启动；
Install and insure the start of new welding equipment in full autonomy and responibility
7. 设置焊接监控系统（4D-激光/HKS 弧焊），并提供相应的维护建议；
Set the parameters of the welding monitoring system (4D-Laser/HKS MAG) and provide corresponding maintenance recommendations
8. 从技术角度，在产品设计，焊接夹具和焊接设备方面支持AI/FP；
Support, from the technical side, the AI/FP welding function, in the design of products, welding fixtures and welding equipment.
9. 评估焊接质量，确定正确方案；
Evaluate the welding quality results and conduct correctives actions.
10. 制定标准的流程，作业指导书，工艺描述和维修计划，确保长期应用；
Develop standard information flows, work instructions, process descriptions, and maintenance plans in full autonomy and ensure their long term applications
11. 技术支持博泽亚洲其它工厂，如果主管要求，进一步改善和调试焊接技术和设备。
Support other Brose location in Asia for serial technical and recurring problems (welding) Global Brose locations in escalating series of problems (welding) if required by the supervisor. Further development and debugging of selected welding technologies and equipments.
12. 从技术方面，在焊接标准和P-FMEA支持AI/FP
Support, from the technical side, the AI/FP welding function in P-FMEA and welding norms
13. 在连续生产过程中，协调相关职能部门并支持评估技术/工程变更。
Support for the evaluation of technical/engineering changes within the series production in cooperation with the central business division.
14. 创建/准备/更改/维护各种SAP主数据，例如物料清单，工艺路线，变更控制，工作中心，生产版本等等。
Creation/preparation and/or modification/maintaining of all kinds of SAP data, such as bill of material, routing, change master, work center, production version etc.
