工作职责 （Responsibility）
1、管理注塑车间及工厂的运作，和相关部门协调处理注塑问题。
Manage the operation of injection workshop and factory, and coordinate with relevant departments to deal with injection molding problems.
2、负责生产效率的完成，质量目标的保证，生产成本的控制以及损耗的降低。并保持持续改进。
Responsible for the completion of production efficiency, the assurance of quality objectives, production cost control and loss reduction. And keep improving.
3监督控制和管理好各种原辅料，半成品。实现有序的出入库。
Monitor and manage all kinds of raw materials and semi-finished products. To achieve orderly storage.
4、负责员工的管理，生产培训，包括安全培训，以及应急演练。并担任工厂的安全主要负责人。制订生产安全预防措施。并对接好政府人员。
Responsible for staff management, production training, including safety training and emergency drill. And as the safety supervisor. Formulate production safety preventive measures. And connect with government personnel.
5、及时的下单生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度，跟踪生产情况，产品需求按时的交货。
Timely place production plans and tasks, arrange and control production progress, track production situation, and deliver products on time.
6、监督生产现场，确保生产现场的安全和清洁。
Supervise the production site to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the production site.
7、及时的和新加坡总部汇报联系。
Timely report and contact with the Singapore office
8、老板交代的其他任务。

工作经验： 要求有8年以上注塑厂的管理经验，懂管理，懂生产。会操作注塑机和上
下模。能节约成本为公司创造最大的价值。为人稳重，做事认真负责。抗压能力强。能够真正的站在公司的角度做事.
Working experience: at least 8 years of injection molding factory management experience, know management, know production. Can operate injection molding machine and upper and lower die. Can save costs and create maximum value for the company.
A personnel who are prudent and responsible. Strong ability to work under pressure. Be able to truly stand on the company's point of view. |
