General Purpose：
Work as a Sales Support and E2Q key user in team to support all aspects of quotation, taking ownership to achieve deadlines, minimize turnaround time, maximize quality, business performance and customer satisfaction.
Main Task:
1.Drive quote start, creation, and submission to sales with the appropriate Sales Directors.
2.Prepare internal configuration and create quotation in E2Q system
3.Ensure that products are quoted accurately to support development and production implementation.
4.Participates in coordination of technical & configuration details with the sales, IM, service, SPC.
5.Be able to analyze & improve E2Q quote efficiency & accuracy by optimizing the process with sales, Product Management, and E2Q system admin
6.Be able to analyze, compare, and interpret detailed information
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. |

1.Bachelor degree
2.1-3 years experience in sales support, technical support, sales position is highly preferred.
3.Laser industry is highly preferred,manufacturing industry is acceptable.
4.Ability to understand engineering & technical terms are required.
5.Ability to understand the application aspects.
6.Patience and carefulness in working.
7.Fluent in English, i.e., capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
8.Team player, fast learner, detailed oriented, multi-taker;
9.Flexible and positive 'can do' attitude
1o.Treats confidential information appropriately
11.Handles stressful situations with poise, understanding, and tact
12.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
