Job Tasks： Develop and supervise our application technology laboratory with an emphasis on impact testing and plastic 开发和监督应用技术实验室，重点是冲击测试和塑料测试。 Independently plan and execute preliminary tests and customer demonstrations 独立规划和执行初步测试以及为客户演示 Provide application engineering consulting services to our sales and service partners 为销售和服务合作伙伴提供应用工程咨询服务 Understand the relevant standards, create test reports, and provide application-related information 了解相关标准，建立测试报告并提供相关应用信息 Accept testing systems with customers on site as well 接受现场客户的测试系统 Provide product and application training for our sales and service partners 为我们的销售以及服务合作伙伴提供产品和应用培训 Test prototypes and new products 测试原型和新产品 Closely coordinate and communicate with our sales and development department 与我们的销售和研发部门密切协调和沟通 Support our development department regarding product improvements and innovations 为我们的研发部门对产品改进和创新提供支持。 Observe the relevant target industries and understand the market and testing requirements 观察相关目标行业，了解市场和测试要求。 Identify trends and derive ideas for new and advanced developments 识别趋势并为新的和先进的发展提出想法 Prepare a competitive analysis and derive measures therefrom 准备竞争分析并从中得出措施 Technical support for sales at the customer side providing service before as well as after sales. 为客户方的销售提供技术支持，提供售前和售后服务。 Test labor coordination + in-house pre-sales support namely pre-testing of customer specimens + demonstration of results to a customer at ZRT. 测试人员协调+内部售前支持，即客户样本的预测试+在ZRT向客户演示结果。 Requirements： Materials engineering education background, master degree is preferred. 材料工程教育背景，硕士学位优先 Very good knowledge of materials testing and materials science, preferably in the field of plastics 非常熟悉材料测试和材料科学，最好是塑料领域 Experience in impact testing is a plus 有冲击试验经历的优先 Able to work independently and conscientiously 能够独立认真的工作 Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written 流利的中英文口语和书面表达能力 Good knowledge of MS Office 熟悉MS办公软件 Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team 优秀的沟通计较，能够在团队中工作 Able to work under pressure and willing to travel. 能够在压力下工作，愿意出差。 |
