-Key responsibilities
1-on-site 3rd party service model excellence through the assigned service scope
通过分配的服务范围实现第三方现场卓越的服务模型
2-Lead the service vendor to establish the maintenance system to ensure the facility system high stability, to well support Ops
领导供应商建立维护系统，确保设施系统的稳定性，以良好的支持运维
3-Establish & develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders to reduce flow waste.
与内部李懿相关者简历并发展有效的关系，以减少流程浪费
4-Setup facility annual Opex and Capex budget, manage & take full accountability of all related service expenditures' effectiveness; track, report & justice budget -expenditure on a routine basis
设置设施的年度运营支出和资本支出预算，管理并全面负责所有相关服务支出的有效性；跟踪、报告日常预算-日常支出
5-Supervise on-site 3rd party service performance/ service effectiveness and chair routine performance evaluation
监督第三方服务绩效、服务有效性和日常绩效评估
6-In assigned service scope manage all service contracts /agreements' lifecycle continuity & effectiveness
在分配的服务范围内管理所有服务合同\协议的连续性和有效性
7-facility related project to implement and support
与设施祥光项目的实施和支持
8-Take the full accountability of in-scope on-site activity safety and asset care, control & minimize unexpected impact toward site operation continuity and environmental protection
全面负责范围内的现场活动安全和资产维护，控制并***程度的降低对现场操作连续性和环境保护的意外影响
9-Couduct safety & occupational health, environmental inspection, find out and eliminate the hidden danger/risks timely
进行安全和职业健康、环境监察并及时发现消除隐患和风险
10-Lead and assist the department part-time safety coordinators to work on EHS issues; Firefighting facility management
领导并协助部门***安全协调员处理EHS问题，消防设施管理
11-Communication with relevant government departments(such as firefighting rescue bureau)
与有关政府部门（如消防救援局）的通讯
-Key Capability Ask:
1- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical/safety, or other engineering discipline;
本科以上学历，机械/电气/安全或其他工程专业；
2- Above 5 years of working experience in the facilities and/or property management industry;
在设施或物业管理行业有5年以上工作经验；
3- Fluent in English written;
流利的英语书面能力;
4- Familiar with fire laws and regulations;
熟悉消防法规；
5- Basic engineering regulations knowledge;
