Gerneral Purpose：
Abide by the company and the production department’s safety rules and regulations
在工作中，严格遵守公司以及生产部门的安全规章制度
Complete the assembly tasks of the machine and other components with quality and quantity according to the production plan arranged by the direct leader
根据直属领导的生产计划安排，保质保量的完成机床以及其他部件的装配任务。
Task:
• Comply with the safety standards and quality control system standard strictly
严格遵守生产安全标准及质量控制系统标准
• Follow the requirements of the working instructions for mechanical assembly of the machine and other components
严格遵守作业指导书的要求进行机床以及其他部件的机械装配
• Use specific tools (dial gauge, torque wrench, etc.) to assemble the rails and racks within the tolerance
在公差范围内使用特定工装（千分表，扭矩扳手等）装配导轨和齿条
• Implement the assigned tasks according production planning, be willing to work overtime if necessary(according to production capacity, up to 20～28hours of overtime a week)
按照生产计划完成生产任务，可接受公司必要的加班（根据产能，一周加班时间可达20～28h）
• Carry out the 5S and TPM activities for assigned area
对员工被分配的负责区域进行物料和工具的整理，工位的清洁，并对工具以及工装进行保养和维护
• Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

有1-3年的机械装配经历
Basic Microsoft Software Skills
会简单的使用Office软件（Word文字打印，Excel数据输入）
Knowledge about using dial gauge, torque, etc.
会使用测量仪表，扭矩扳手等特定工具
Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.
Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力
Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
