岗位职责
1.对工厂内部的新工艺、新产品试产阶段的质量进行检验，输出之量产质量报告、质量数据报表等相关资料。
Responsible for quality of new processes and new products in the trial run stage, output mass production quality analysis report, quality data report and other relevant documents.
2.制定工厂内部工艺的外观质量验收标准
Formulate the appearance quality acceptance standard of the inhouse process.
3.根据每天生产，严格按照检验标准来检查生产首件、巡检产品；并将检验结果形成真实、有效的质量记录。对异常发生时突发事件的处理，不良品的隔离，推动质量改善活动，制作NCR/8D报告
According to the daily production, inspect the first piece of production and patrol products according to control plan; Form the inspection results into a true and effective quality record. 4.对品质不稳定的产品要进行跟踪、有问题时应及时汇报上级或相关人员，并找出解决方法，及时解决问题；验证改善结果

6.对制程的质量检测数据进行统计和整理，编制成质量周报，月报并按时提交。对制程质量文件的管理和更新

岗位要求：
1.2年以上过程质量检验工作经验，熟悉产品检验流程和文件管理.
More than 2 years working experience on IPQC, familiar with product inspection process and document management.
2.熟练应办公软件，有表面处理工艺检验经验优先考虑
Familiar with office software, experience in surface treatment process inspection is preferred
3.良好的沟通能力；工作认真，较强的团队合作精神、责任心；
Good communication skills, serious work, strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
