工作描述: |
1. As HRBP, recurit candidates for open positions on time, including CV screening, candidate interview, communication with hiring managers and offer negotiation. 2. Handle new employee on board procedure, create access right, ID no. & card via my HR system, arrange new employee orientation, input employee information to the my HR system. 3. Involved in daily employee relationship including work injury handling, on board and termination etc 4. Assist HR Manager to develop or revise HR policies and HSE policies to ensure legal compliance and reach healthy and safe work environment. 5. Assist HR Manager to conduct performance appraisal and make summary and analysis of the result to continuously motivate employee to achieve higher performance. 6. Organize employee communication and meeting with leadership on a regular base. Conduct employee satisfaction survey and propose actions that may help improve satisfaction rate. 7. Assist HR Manager to deal with labor dispute case and work injury case when needed. 8. Other HR related project or tasks assigned by disciplinary supervisor. Specialized knowledge and skills Good experience on recruitment and training. Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, experiences on solving employ relation case. Good communication and presentation skill, strong team and inter-person skills. Quick learning, pro-active and willing to work under pressure. Fluent English in both speaking and writing. Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. |
