| 工作描述： |
1.Responsible for progect launch for nve fineblanking projects.
负责新产品精冲项目的项目启动
2.Create the project charter for new project and make/update detailed project timing plan in order to fulfill customer milestone requirements.
为新项目立项，并制定/更新详细的项目时间计划，以满足客户的需求
3.Lead to organize project kick-off meeting and reular gateway reviwes following CRM project room structure (APQP).
根据客户关系管理（APQP）项目结构，领导组织项目启动会议并定期进行审核
4.Record all Open Point Issues and figure out/monitor/close all OPL through efforts.
记录所有问题点，并通过努力找出/监控/关闭所有OPL
5.Ensure the projectresources i.e.technical specification,capital equipment, tooling, gauging and personnel are well planned and executed on his/her own or by other responsible people.
确保项目资源，如相关负责人对技术规范、资本设备、工具、测量和人员的计划和执行。
6.Ensure the quality of project deliverables at different phases and closure of each gateway fulling planned quality,cost and time.
确保项目交付在不同阶段的质量，并在各个阶段完成计划的质量、成本和时间
7.Complete documentation fo project deliverables.
完成项目可交付文件
8.Interface between customers and internal departments and maintain relationship with customers.
协调客户与内部各部门关系，维护客户关系
9.Transfer the project to production department after SOP+3 months.
在SOP+3个月后将项目移交给生产部门
10.Other jobs assigned by his supervisor.
