| 工作描述： |
Main Accountabilities:
Check & follow TE
Check the Travel Expense according to the PRC policy and local compliance requirement in schedule
Summarize the list as compliance required (Entertainment list/Rejection invoice) according to the compliance requirement if it\'s occurred in checking
Register calculation deduction table for specify transportation
Collect approval and endorsement
Communicate with HR/Admin/Division to update the list if necessary
Ensure e-archiving and paper archiving with integrity
Other task in T&E checking
Invoice process
Check the invoices with supporting documents and approval according to tax and compliance requirement
Scan VAT invoices and document achieving
Upload invoices to Baseware timely
Finish Non-PO invoice reviewing every day
Monitor and proceed the invoice process in time, send notification to related person once a week at least
Double check AP documents and archive invoice and paper documents in order
Certified VAT invoice timely
Support to solve invoice issues with vendors and internal purchasers
Closing related and other assignment in accounting
Self-checking if all opening items can be cleared in account by D-1
Provide provision list in current month to RtR by D+1
Certified VAT invoice by D+1 (according to closing process in each company)
Support to finish the urgent case as required
What you\'ll need to succeed:
Education
Minimum bachelor\'s degree in finance or business
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in ITP area
Competencies
Experience with simple to complex query handling
Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and communication skills
Hands-on experience working with ERP/Cloud system preferred
Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices
Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
Good at communicating in a professional manner
Display a strong work ethic and ability to comply with internal controls and policies |
