工作描述： 1.根据计划完成焊接及装配单元的周、月等预防性维护保养。TPM; do the PM according to the PM Schedule. 2.更换下的备件进行线下维修、保养。 Adjust, repair or exchange broken components at the production line. 3.维修区域及设备的5S 5S for maintenance area & equipment. 4.备品备件的管理。 Management of the spare parts. 5.新设备的水，电，气安装。 Installation of water, power & compressor air for new equipment. 6.配合设备供应商安装，调试设备。 Work with equipment supplier for installation, debugging and startup of production equipment. 7.停机记录表和Logbbok的维护，更新。 Update & maintain the downtime record sheet and Logbook. 8.厂房内所有设备的故障维修及复位。 Fast reaction for problem solving on production equipment. 9. 配合供应商保养设备。 Work with the original equiment supplier to establish the TPM. 10.检查，更换设备易损件。Check and exchange the wear parts according the PM plan. 所需技能： 1.按时完成上级交给的任务 finish the tasks that the leader arrange 2.掌握机修工常用工具安全使用知识，了解设备修理的有关知识 advanced mechanical skills e.g. usage of Hand-tools, repairing of equipment and equipment-components. 3.能够阅读一般设备说明书，机械制图、液压、气压控制系统图纸 , 基础的PLC知识can read and understand mechanical-; hydraulic-; pneumatic-drawings and basic PLC knowledge. 4.能够熟练更换设备中的易损部件和设备日常保养，做好相关记录并及时上报 ensure Downtime-, Maschine-Logbook-Record as well as Wear- and Sparepart consumption-record on time; 5.能够熟练的操作常用的电动、气动工具 mechanical knowledge in using Power-tool’s (electrical- or air-driven) 6.会使用PC及word Excel; Basic PC Knowledge (MS-Office) 7.有很强的动手能力和处理能力，有团队合作精神，能适应轮班工作制及加班 Teamplayer, work independently, Shift- and Overtime work; 8.有相关上岗证(钳工证，电工证) Have Maintenance-related license (Mechanical / Electrical). |
