Gerneral Purpose：
Train operators to test the lasers, analyze and solve problems in production testing;
培训操作人员调整和测试激光器，分析和解决生产测试中出现的问题；
Ensure the compliance of standard defined in quality management system and work instructions to implement&complete production planning on time.
遵守质量体系标准和作业指导书，以执行并按时完成生产计划。
Main Task:
1.Comply with the safety standards strictly and deploy them in the team to ensure safe production.
严格遵守安全准则，并在团队推行安全准则, 以确保安全生产。
2.Train operator follow work instructions to secure good product quality and reasonable cost.
培训作业员遵守作业指导书进行操作，以保证产品质量和合理的成本。
3.Assist line leader/shift leader to implement production plan， and maintain/adjust the production plan together with Line leader based on actual situation to ensure on-time delivery.
协助生产主管/夜班主管彻底执行生产计划，同时，需要根据实际情况与生产主管一起维护和调整生产计划，从而保证按时出货。
4.Report test issues, track and solve them to ensure quality.
及时报告生产测试中的各种问题，跟踪并解决这些问题，确保品质。
5.Collect/Provide CIP and find potentials for more efficient production， follow up and implement lean tasks to optimize standard process and create a neat and effective work environment.
收集/提供持续改进建议并发现潜在可能以提高生产效率，跟踪并执行精益生产改进任务，以优化标准生产工艺并创建整洁有效的生产环境。
6.Assist line leader to manage the production equipment, fixtures and tools.
协助生产主管管理生产设备，夹具及各类工具。
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.College degree or above 大专学历或以上
2.Technical related major, and optical, electrical or mechanical related major is preferred. 技术相关专业，且光学，电气，或者机械相关专业优先。
3.More than 3 years of working experience as technician/engineer in assembly or test of laser products or other optical/electrical related products/components, production line management experience is a plus.3年以上激光产品或其他光学/电气相关产品/部件组装或测试技术员/工程师工作经验，有生产线管理经验者优先。
4.Skills:
-Low & high voltage electrician's certificate is a plus.具有低压和高压电工证书者优先。
-Trouble-shooting in production processes.生产过程中的故障排除。
-Continuous improvement mindset and methodology for the production processes and people management, and LEAN knowledge is a plus.生产过程和人员管理的持续改进心态和方法，精益知识优先。
-Good communication skills and good Microsoft Office skills.良好的沟通技巧和Microsoft Office技能。
-Good command of written English, and good oral English skills is highly prefered.
-Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
-Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则.
