职位概要 Summary 负责生产员工技能培训；现场作业审核；NC产品处理；作业文件审核和现场操作指导；新产品开发，复杂夹具调试；工作区域5S工作。 Be responsible for production staffs’ skill training, auditing production on the spot, handling NC, auditing working instruction, instructing operation on the spot, new products development, commissioning complicated fixture and 5S in the working place. 职责 Responsibilities 1. 按照培训计划对生产部员工进行岗位培训及考核。 Be responsible for new operators training and testing according to the training plan and the target is to let new operators grasp the basic skills to work on the position within a fixed period. 2. 审核产品作业指导书和相关控制文件；审核生产现场操作工作业是否规范。 Audit working instructions and relative control documents. Check if operators are working according to the working instruction 3. 参与技术部新项目，负责产品开发中新产品调试和小批量生产。 Participate in new project of technical department and be responsible for new product testing and small batch production during the period of new product development. 4. 复杂产品夹具更换和程序调试，提供合格产品调试报告，满足生产车间要求。 Replace the fixture of complicated product and adjust program, and provide commissioning report of qualified products to meet the requirements of the workshop. 5. 制定设备加工产品额定产出量。 Work out products’ rated output on machines. 6. 编写NC产品返工作业指导文件，并现场指导操作。 Draft reworking instructions of NC products and instruct operators on the spot. 7. 参与生产项目改进与实施，提交产品改进报告。 Participate in production project’s improvement and implementation, and provide products improvement reports. 8. 处理数控机床常见故障问题。 Deal with small troubles of CNC machines. 任职资格Post qualification (★强制要求Mandatory requirement ◆首选要求Preferred requirement ) 1. 学历 Education Background ★中专或技校学历 Technical secondary school ◆大专学历 College degree 2. 专业 Major ★机械类 Mechanical ◆数控 CNC 3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills ★熟练操作数控铣床和其它普通机加工设备。 Be proficient in operating CNC milling machine and other simple mechanical machines. ★熟悉产品工艺流程。 Be familiar with process procedures of products ★熟练操作电脑。 Be proficient in using computer (Word, Excel). ◆熟练使用Master CAM，CAD初级。 Be proficient in using Master CAM and CAD elementary level. ◆熟练使用UG软件 Be proficient in using UG. ◆熟悉质量体系ISO9001和TS16949以及ISO14001。 Be familiar with the quality system ISO9001 and TS16949、ISO14001. 4.经验 Experience ★3年以上自动化（机器人）项目工作经验。 Over 3 years experience of automation (robot) project ◆有CNC编程及调试相关工作经验者优先 Experience in CNC programming and debugging is preferred 5. 个人素质 Personality ★具有强烈的责任心；有创新精神；具有较强的自学能力和沟通能力；有良好的团队合作精神和积极的工作态度。 Have a strong sense of responsibilities; be innovative; good at self-learning and communication; a good team player and have proactive working attitude. |
