| 工作描述： |
- 根据每日的生产计划，合理分配生产资源（操作工、夹具、工位、辅助工具、设备等）和排产；
Allocate the related production resource (operators, tools, working station, auxiliary tools, devices etc.) and make the production arrangement in the workshop, according the daily production plan;
- 落实现场的生产计划，并确保芯子的产出能够最大程度的按计划有效完成；Put the production plan in the workshop into effect, and ensure that the output of core production could reach maximum and be effective;
- 能及时处理日常生产中的问题。统计、分析芯子生产工序每天的生产情况，寻求改善，提高生产效率；Be able to solve the usual problems in the production on time. Make statistics and analyze into the daily production of core production, try to find the improvement and increase the production efficiency;
- 负责现场物料的跟进及管理，督促并协调上道工序芯子零件提前完成，确保芯子生产正常进行，及时协调下道工序使用；Manage and follow up and management the materials on site, control and remind the supply from core parts production earlier, ensure the core assembly could run smoothly and coordinate with core brazing;
- 负责日常现场生产工位库存的管理，及时处理呆滞物品，反馈给相关的其他部门；Responsible for inventory direct in the working proceed, handle the slow moving parts on time and feedback to related departments.
- 按照质量体系管理要求，控制生产过程，落实并执行规范及作业标准的要求，并对产品的质量进行监督、检查，发现潜在质量风险组织召开质量班组会，进行分析与总结，持续改进产品在过程中的质量；Control the production process according the quality management system, all the working standards should be carried out. Be able to control, check and be aware to find the potential quality risks, let the team working and summarize together. Aim is to improve the products quality during the production;
- 按照5S的作业标准管理现场；Manage the production site according to the 5S standards;
- 进行常规性的生产安全检查，并对生产人员定期进行生产安全教育与培训，提高员工的安全生产意识；Make the regular safety checking in the work shop, and train the people about the production safety issues, be able to improve employees\' safety wariness;
- 配合人事部做好工序员工的考核、考勤、奖金核算等事宜。Cooperate with the HR department on the assessment, attendance, bonus accounting and other related matters for process employees;
- 及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通，解决生产过程发生的突发事件，并完成领导交办的其他任务。Communicate with direct leaders and other departments in time, solve emergencies in the production process, and complete other tasks assigned by leaders. |

- 大专及以上学历，机械相关专业或工科背景；College Degree or above, major in mechanical or engineering background ;
- 8年以上相关生产管理工作经验，从事类似行业优先；At least 8 years working experience in related production management, prefer with working in similar branches;
- 熟练运用ERP系统，尤其是生产安排、物料管理及发货模块；Familiar with ERP system, especially with modules production arrangement, material management and delivery;
- 熟悉铝制材料的特点；Knowhow about the aluminum products characters;
- 了解ISO9001，ISO14000管理体系和5S； Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000 systems, 5S;
- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力，强烈的团队合作意识；Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong wellness on team work;
- 掌握基础英语知识，能简单的写、读与说；Basic English know, be able to simple write, read and speak;
- 熟练运用MS Office，精通Excel的使用。Familiar with MS office system, especially the application with Excel.
