PURPOSE OF THE JOB工作目标: • Assure material & WIP stock weeks <4, and slow-moving inventory proportion <5% • Strive to ensure timely and sufficient material supply to allow production running as per schedule and meet markets’ requirement • SAP master data review to ensure accurate materials planning ACCOUNTABILITIES岗位职责: • Responsible for accurate MRP and release material orders to suppliers • Ensure ordered materials arrive on time as per production requirement, strive to avoid production down time due to material issue • Ensure material availability prior to production and alert risk to production planner as early as possible, do root cause analysis & proposal to solve problem • Master capacity knowledge of suppliers for key materials • Vendor communication on order or any changes on a regularly basis to ensure material supply. • Responsible for inventory management, work with production planner to work out leftover materials consumption and write-off minimization proposal • Actively involved in NPD/EPD projects and assure new product launch on time without delay due to material shortage caused by poor planning • Actively facilitate communication between Production Planner and Production. • Support data required for various analysis. JOB COMPETENCIES工作能力: • 4+ years material planning/production background in manufacturing environment • Strong communication & problem-solving skills • Team player with ownership & commitment, result oriented to deliver objectives • Excellent skills in Excel & SAP • Good logical and data analytical competence • Efficient and effective in time management • Capable of reading & written English. Good oral English skill is a plus. • High learning agility to develop knowledge in products & process • Service oriented mindset BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS背景要求: • Bachelor’s degree or above • Experienced SAP user • Background in chemical or FMCG industry is preferred • Background in production/NPD/Procurement/Quality is a plus |
