Gerneral Purpose:
Mechanical design engineer. Be responsible for laser cutting tube machine mechanical parts / components design and support production line manufacture.
Main task:
1.Develop new laser cutting tube machine tools which can satisfy Chinese market. Need to work closely with other location R&D center to communicate specific design topic, machine concept and information exchange.
研发适合中国市场的新款激光管切割机。需要和全球其他地区研发人员紧密合作，交流特定的设计议题，机床方案和相关信息。
2.According to product or component's design requirement parameter, break down and refine detail deisgn work package. Can finish a total new design for one main component or module of machine by himself indepently.
根据具体的产品或部件设计要求参数和目标时。可以从要求出发，对设计任务进行分解，细化具体的设计任务包。独立完成机床一个部件或模块的全新设计工作
3.Design technical model and drawing for detail mechanical structure of machine components by Solidworks software. Create and maintain material master data and bill of materials in SAP.
使用Solidworks软件进行机床部件具体机械结构的模型及图纸设计工作。在SAP系统中，创建及维护材料主数据和材料清单。
4.Participate in product and localization process and provide technical support in whole process. Introduction of local machine elements/parts to replace imported ones with similar quality, function.
参与产品国产化过程并提供技术支持，寻找及提供国产优质机器零部件以替代进口部件
5.Support Trumpf China production department to implement new serial sheet metal machine tool, follow serial version update and maintains of these machine by cooperation with headquarter R&D department.
与总部研发部门合作，支持通快（中国）生产部门引入最新钣金加工机床，并维护后续的产品版本升级。
6.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

2.Mechanical engineering, focus on Laser cutting tube machine. 机械工程或设计专业，专注于激光管切割机床
3.Min 3-5 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer in machine tool and related . 至少3-5年在机床或相关行业担任机械设计工程师的经验
4.Skills:
• Have good knowledge and experience on laser cutting tube machine design or sheet metal machine tool field. 具有激光管切割加工机床或者钣金加工机床领域丰富的相关设计知识和经验.
• Can do whole laser cutting tube machine design concept is a plus. 能够完成激光切管机整机的方案设计更佳。
• Creative thinking for new laser cutting tube machine or other sheet metal machine tool product strategy and concept. 对于激光管切割机或者钣金加工机床设计方案和产品策略有自身创造性的思考
• Good experience at mechanical structure and part design. 在机械结构和零件的设计上有丰富的经验.
• Have good knowledge and experience on sheet metal machine tool design. 具有钣金加工机床的相关设计知识和经验.
• Experience at product's BOM structure, design improvement process and R&D project process.有产品物料清单结构，研发改进流程及研发项目流程经验。
• Be familiar with SolidWorks and Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..) software. 熟悉SolidWorks和 Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..)软件
5.Language:
• English is capable in daily working environmentin including reading and writing. Listening and speaking is a plus,. 英语的读写可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下，有好的听说能力者更佳.
• German is a plus.会德语者更佳.
6.Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven抗压能力强，具有强大的自我激励和目标驱动意识.
7.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
