Gerneral Purpose：
Deeply understand business strategic and work closely with business management to make better implementation of HR policies for talent management and development, performance incentive and team culture construction; as well work closely with HR CoE and sharing center to provide professional solutions for human resource management of business departments to help the organization achieve business strategic development goals.
深度理解业务战略规划，协助各业务管理层更好地利用人力资源政策进行人才管理与发展、绩效激励、团队文化建设；与HR COE及共享中心紧密合作，为业务部门的人力资源管理提供专业的解决方案，以帮助组织实现业务战略发展目标。
Main task:
1.Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and HR standards, ensure procedures are fully understood and implemented in support area
与内部客户建立并保持密切的关系，以确保在制定人力资源计划和标准时考虑到业务需求，确保流程在支持领域得到充分理解和执行
2.Recommend, implement and update guidelines and policies in order to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment.
推荐，执行和更新指导方针和政策，以确保相关的人力资源服务和一致的招聘标准。
3.Support Performance Management including low performance management and disciplinary measures in alignment with policies and leaders. Ensure top and low performers are identified and initiate/execute action.
支持绩效管理，包括低绩效管理和与政策和领导一致的纪律措施。确保高绩效员工和低绩效员工被识别，并发起/执行行动。
4.In collaboration with Talent Acquisition team, drive the recruitment of all positions,according to defined talents demand.
与人才招聘团队合作，根据确定的职位需求推动所有职位的招聘
5.Manage workforce planning, salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined support areas in accordance with established policies/ guidance. Improve the C&B sturcutre and policy, optimize the capacity cost budget template and take proposal for capacity cost control and management.
根据既定的政策/指导，管理员工计划，薪资轮调和晋升/薪资调整。优化薪酬政策及预算格式，对人力成本控制提出建议。
6.Implement global talent management and development programs, tools and initiatives and work closely with HR teams to continuously improve the programs/processes.
实施全球人才管理和发展计划、工具和计划，并与其他人力资源同事密切合作，持续改进计划/流程。
7.Ensure proper updates of SAP modules and HR reports on a regular basis.
确保SAP模块和人力资源报告的定期更新。
8.Build good working relationships with the relevant global and local HR teams needed to support the specified BUs.
与相关的全球和本地的人力资源团队建立良好的工作关系，以支持指定的总线。
9.Manage ad hoc request or projects assigned from HR leadership team.
管理人力资源领导团队指定的特殊要求或项目。
10.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

1.Bachelor degree本科学历
2.Major in human resources or related 人力资源相关专业
3.At least 3 years relevant working experience 最少3年以上相关工作经验
4.Experience in salary structure construction is preferred 有薪酬架构搭建经验者优先
5.Good presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills 良好的演讲/沟通、谈判和影响技巧
6.Organized and efficient 有组织和高效率
7.Broad HR experience, be familiar with leadership competencies, with C&B experience/background.
丰富的人力资源经验，理解领导力能力要求，有薪酬福利管理背景
8.Good cross-functional and stakeholder management experience as well as different organizational levels (Global, Market, etc.)
良好的跨职能和利益相关者管理经验，以及不同的组织层次Familiar with commercial environment 熟悉商业环境
9.Fluent in English (writen and spoken) 英语流利（听说读写）
