Senior quality Engineer is required to develop and implement quality plans for new projects according to customer requirements. Specific job responsibilities are as follows:
• Develop a project development schedule based on Lessons-Learned,
• Promote/participate in the development of DFMEA documentation,
• Promote/participate in the development of process flow charts and PFME documents,
• Develop control plans according to internal and external requirements,
• When developing projects, coordinate with the development of appropriate inspection and containment plans,
• Identify appropriate metering tools and techniques when assessing process capacity,
• Ensure customer PPaps are prepared and delivered on time,
• Ensure that boot-related corrective actions meet the time frame, quality and format,
• Monitor IMDS compliance where appropriate,
• Support DV/PV construction and verification of structural parts to meet size and function requirements,
• Define, coordinate and follow up all test activities (internal and external) according to the client's DV/PV requirements,
• Support engineering change process when conditions are right.

• Similar work experience, automotive industry preferred,
• Working knowledge of external quality standards (IATF, VDA, customer) and requirements,
• Core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, DFMEA, control plan, etc.)

高级质量工程师需要按照客户要求，对新开发的项目制定相应的质量计划并加以实施。具体工作职责如下：
•根据Lessons-Learned制定项目开发时间表，
•促进/参与开发DFMEA文件，
•促进/参与制定工艺流程图和PFME文件，
•根据内外部要求制定控制计划，
•开发项目时，配合制定相应的检查和遏制计划，
•评估工艺流程能力时，确定适当的计量工具和技术，
•确保客户PPAP的准备工作和准时交付，
•确保启动相关的纠正措施满足时间节点、质量和格式，
•在适当的情况下监控IMDS合规性，
•支持DV/PV构建并验证结构件是否满足尺寸和功能要求，
•根据客户的DV/PV要求定义、协调和跟进所有测试活动（内部、外部），
•条件合适时，支持工程变更流程。
