I BROAD FUNCTION Describe the position’s basic objective and scope • Warehouse management • Import of goods management II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Outline the major duties and roles necessary to accomplish the objectives of the job. (Do attach additional sheets if necessary) • Organize periodical stock take and reconciliation to minimize stock discrepancies • Manage, monitor and give instructions to storekeeper to ensure discipline is maintained in keeping stocks orderly and accurately • Deal with 3rd party logistics provider under advise and instructions from LC manager, and suggest new vendors to improve rates and services, • Freight Cost verified and applied timely and accurately • Coordinate imports from overseas ,including placement of orders with plants • Working together with Logistics Manger China to identify and eliminate processes and structural weak points in custom and transportation area • Support BU and SO during the market launch of new product lines / articles • Performing special tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager China |
