| 工作描述： |
1.Mainly responsible for the training of TRUMPF solid state lasers, which includes the operation, maintenance and trouble shooting training for end user, and integration training for integrator, either in TRUMPF facility or at customer;
主要负责激光器的客户培训，包括但不限于在通快工厂或者用户出为最终用户的操作、保养、维修培训以及集成商的集成培训；
2.Support the installation, maintenance and trouble shooting for field service, especially the loan laser;
支持现场服务团队的激光设备安装、维修和保养工作，特别是销售的借用机；
3.As the training engineer, to make sure the training task be implemented successfully and reach customer satisfaction;
作为培训工程师,确保培训工作目标的实现，保证客户满意；
4.Maintain the training facility against TRUMPF synchro guideline;
按照公司标准化要求，确保培训设施条理；
5.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement;
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作；

本科或以上学历
electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics
电气工程、自动化或机电一体化专业
More than 5 years field service on laser technique and laser application with laser Welding, cutting, marking or micro processing
5年以上激光器现场服务以及激光焊接/切割/打标/微加工应用经验的优先
Familiar with industry system integration and control
熟悉工业系统的集成和控制
Good communication skills and Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..)
良好的沟通能力以及办公软件技能
English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing
可以在日常的工作环境下使用英语（包含听说读写方面）
Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation
正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识
