任务 Tasks
•在萨普集团内部以及从国内和国际市场的第三方机构采购直接材料、间接材料和机器设备
Purchase direct, indirect materials and equipment within Zapp group as well as from third parties in domestic and international markets
•与供应商就合同所有必要内容进行协商，包括价格、规格、交付和付款条件
Negotiate supplier contracts for all necessary contents including price, specification, delivery and payment
•会使用SAP开展工作
Working with SAP
•跟踪和管理供应商绩效（交货时间、成本、质量）
Track and control supplier performance (delivery time, cost, quality)
•确认间接材料和办公用品的替代供应商，以扩大供应商基础
Identify alternative suppliers of indirect material and office ware to broaden supplier base
•客户清关和手册管理
Customer clearance and management of bonded books
•国内和国际货运代理的管理协调
Coordination with domestic and international shipping forwarders
•与内部生产部门和技术部门就采购任务进行沟通
Communicate with internal Production and Technical department about procurement tasks
Profile轮廓
•技术或国际贸易相关专业的本科学位
Bachelor’s degree in technical or international trading related major
•至少3年制造业采购经验
Experience at least 3 years in purchasing in manufacturing industry
•SAP 经验（SD；MM）是一个加分项
SAP Experience (SD; MM) is a plus
•有保税手册管理经验的优先考虑
Experience in Bonded Book handling is a plus
•可靠的、结构清晰的和面向流程的工作方法
Reliable, structured and process oriented working approach
•在国际环境的团队中具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力
Team player in international environment and good communicator
•喜欢价格讨论的强有力的谈判者
Strong negotiator who enjoys price discussions
•母语为中文，英语听说读写流利
Native Chinese language and fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
