| 工作描述： |
1.Manage the software development team to design control firmware and GUI software to meet project requirement
2.Define software architecture and software development project task and timeline, excute software development projects
3.Design software test specification and lead the software testing process to ensure developed software meets the design specification and operates safely with high efficiency.
4.Continuously improve existing software for products and key test equipment to achieve high operation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5.Provide support for released products, evaluate product field performance and reliability and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
6.Ensure effective and in time implementation of engineering changes.
7.Support to complete other tasks assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement.

1.Master degree or above
2.Software engineering of computer science preferred, or Electrical Automation Engineering with work experience in software development
3. 5 or more years of relevant work experience in software developing including software architecture / framework design
4.Software development team management
5.Skills:
-Excellent progamming in C/C++
-Excellent HTML, JavaScript/ASP development skill
-Good at other GUI development tools, Visual Studio preffered
-Be familiar with Operating System architecture, file systems, API and SDKs
-Be familiar with industrial data communication protocols, such as TCP/IP, CAN, SPI, I2C, RS232/485, Field Bus etc.
-Be good at problem discovering and resolving
-Very good communication, coordination skill and project management skills
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel).
-Fluent Chinese and English
6.Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
7.Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct and other guidelines of TRUMPF China
