Gerneral Purpose:
Comprehensively manage HR system to ensure daily functions are implemented on time
全面管理人力资源系统，确保各项日常功能的按时实现
1.Evaluate the existing HR system and HR business needs, be responsible for the module implementation of China Regional HR system and the standard business process of each module; Collect the integration (interface, etc.) requirements between HR system and internal systems of the enterprise, and put forward implementation plans and suggestions include but not limit Payroll, Employee Master Data, Performance & Goals, Career Management & Succession Planning (Workday) and local Software
评估现有HR系统和HR业务需求，负责中国区域HR系统的模块实施，各模块的标准业务流程；负责收集HR系统与企业内部各系统整合(接口等)需求，提出实施计划和建议， 包括但不限于HR 主数据，时间管理，薪酬，绩效管理，培训，人才发展等HR模块。
2.Deliver identified implementation projects, including collecting business requirements, configuration and conducting necessary user acceptance review tests to ensure the quality of end-to-end deployment, and cooperate with digital human resources, HRIT team, external suppliers and other human resources COE teams when needed
交付已识别的实施项目，包括收集业务需求,和进行配置以及必要的用户验收评审测试，以确保端到端部署的质量，在需要时与数字人力资源、HRIT团队、外部供应商和其他人力资源COE团队协作
3.Be responsible for the collection and analysis of new business needs of human resources informatization; Analyze various data of EHR system, user feedback, product operation effect and user behavior, and put forward optimization suggestions for the system;
负责参与人力资源信息化的新增业务需求收集、分析; 负责分析EHR系统各项数据及用户反馈、用户使用行为，对系统提出优化建议; 计划并协调
4.Support the global process of HR COE business in China and help solve queries or problems related to the core workday module
HR CoE, Planning and coordination of system adaptations, adapted to country-specific conditions while ensuring the release and product governance process
为在中国业务的全球流程提供支持，并帮助解决与核心Workday模块相关的查询或问题; 计划并协调系统的本地适用性，根据本地具体条件及需求确保HR系统的管理流程得以实施
5.Cooperate with digital HR and HRIT / OSS to provide solutions for HR and enterprise upgrade problems / events:
与Digital HR、HRIT/OSS合作，为HR和企业的升级问题/事件提供解决方案:
6.Organize and implement skill training on EHR system operation and management, and guide HR internal colleagues on EHR system operation; Support HR for problems during system operation; support as trainer and consulting of users, moderation of workshop with international stakeholders.
组织实施EHR系统操作和管理的技能培训，对HR内部同事进行EHR系统操作指导；对HR在系统操作过程中出现的问题给予支持; 对于公司内所有用户进行培训及系统咨询，能在集团内部组织系统相关的讨论或介绍。
7.Creation of system documentation and training for software application
建立HR系统文档管理，用于流程操作应用及培训。
8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.Bachelor degreedegree.in computer science, business informatics, business administration
本科学历:计算机信息及应用等专业
2.At least 2 years HR experience in large group company, familiar with HR system project/process is preferred
2年以上大型集团企业HRIT经验，熟悉人力资源各模块系统流程优先考虑，有HR系统项目管理经验
3.SAP-HCM implementation experience or consulting company background: Or participate in the whole process of SAP- HCM system construction, have a deep understanding of EHR related modules
有SAP-HCM的实施经验或咨询公司工作背景;或参与过SAP-HCM系统建设的全过程，对EHR相关模块有深入的了解;
4.Experience with Workday is an advantage
在Workday 系统经验者优先
5.Fluent English 英语流利
6.Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力
7.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
