| 工作描述： |
Tasks:
Generally electric control & software support for the HiLight automatic production lines to ensure the high efficiency and OEE level.
Responsible for New production lines installation, assessment, control system backup and maintenance; Responsible for improving equipment performance and stability to ensures the OEE level.
Responsible for set up PM(Preventive Maintenance) plan for daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly and yearly, and follow up/monitor the excution ro meet the standard request base on all the HiLight production shop floor;
Responsible for training the technicians to improve their skill on all the HiLight production lines;
Responsible for trouble shooting once the stations was down if the technicians can’t solve the problem;
Responsible for spare parts sorting; Find potential improvement areas and create CIP approach to realize it;
Requirements:
1. Education: College or above education background, Electromechanical/ Automation major is preferred. Language: Good in English both for oral and written,
2. Personal Attributes: Minimum 5 years working experience on related production Lines and have project experience or automatic equipment technical service experience is prefered;
3. Familiar with PLC control system such as S7-200,S7-300/400 and hardware system ,etc.;
4. Good experience on Electric control system ,Pneumatic system and mechanical maintenance skill;
5. Self-driving and good sense to find problem and potential improvement areas will be preferred. |
