Main tasks 主要任务 :
1.建立并维护相关的EHS管理体系、方案、计划以符合EHS法律、法规的期望，公司集团的EHS要求，以及其他相关方（如客户）对EHS的要求，并保持跟进以确保持续的合规性。
Develop and maintain properly EHS management system/programs/plans to comply with EHS laws and regulations, as well as EHS requirements in company group and relevant groups e.g. the customers. Keep tracking these systems/requirements as for the continuous compliance.
2.协助制定现场的EHS目标指标、推动集团的EHS项目、方案和价值观，并提升现场的EHS文化。与运营团队密切合作，确保EHS目标指标的实现、管理体系的有效性。
Support the drafting of site EHS goals and objectives (Gs&Os), drive the achievement of Company Group’s EHS programs, initiatives and values, and promote EHS culture on site. Work closely with Operation teams to achieve the EHS Gs&Os and ensure the effectiveness of all EHS Management Systems.
3.领导维护现场的ISO14001/ISO 45001/安全标准化体系，保持最新的认证版本。
Lead efforts to maintain site ISO 14001/ISO 45001/Safety standardization related certification and keep them upgraded to latest versions.
4.组织现场识别现场的EHS风险，制定积极地行动计划以预防和降低伤害、疾病、事故以及其他可能的EHS风险。合理安排公司资源，包括规划EHS风险管控措施需要的预算，并保持后续的跟进。
Organize site EHS risk identification and assessment, and develop proactive action plans to prevent and reduce injuries, illnesses, incidents & other EHS risks. Take advantage of different resources, incl. budget planning to implement EHS risk control measures, and the follow-up afterwards.
5.通过过程监督（如定期检查、现场审核、预防性维护等），确保现场配置的所有EHS风险防护相关的装置、设施都正确使用，并且这些装置、设施都配有相应的操作程序、维护程序/方案，以及应急响应计划。同时确保留存必要的过程监督记录。
Organize the process supervision, e.g. regularly inspection/audits, preventive maintenance etc. to ensure all EHS installation, facilities operate properly, ensure operation procedures, maintenance procedures / programs and emergency response plans for EHS installation, facilities are developed and maintained properly. The necessary process supervision records are kept accordingly.
6.维护EHS许可、证照、批文、监测数据、审核报告等，保持持续有效。实施EHS监测、采样，并对职业危害岗位进行健康监护，定期检查、并评估相应数据和报告，采取必要的行动。
Maintain EHS permits, licenses, approval, monitoring data and audit report etc. to make them up to date. Conduct EHS monitoring/sampling, medical surveillance for occupational hazard positions and regular inspection and assess results and take actions if necessary.
7.确保依据法规、集团等要求定义的伤害、疾病、监测超标数据、事故等及时报告，并实施事件、事故的调查，制定纠正预防措施以防止再发生。
Ensure to report injuries /illnesses, exceedance and events/accidents defined by regulatory or company group, and conduct events/accident investigations and develop corrective & preventative action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
8.依据法规、集团、内部管理的要求，领导建立针对不同岗位和部门的EHS培训方案，并推动有效的执行。
Lead to develop EHS training plan for different positions and functions and implement it effectively based on regulatory, company group and internal requirements.
9.协调各相关方的EHS管理，包括承包商资格审核，以及整体监督公司以及非本公司直接签约的承包商在本现场的作业。
Coordinate EHS efforts, including contractor qualification and oversight among external Fives and non-Fives contractors who come to site.
10.作为联系人员，维护与EHS相关政府部门及机构的良好沟通，包括但不限于生态环境部门、应急管理部门、市场监督管理部门、地方主管部门等。
As the contact, maintain good communication with related authorities, incl. but not limited to the authorities of ecology and environment, emergency management, administration for market regulation, and other local authorities, etc.
11.通过组织审核、工艺过程和设备评估、变更管理的追踪等，确保EHS管理体系的有效性以及现场的持续合规性。组织评审EHS管理体系以及实施绩效，建立行动计划，追踪并推动行动计划在要求的截止时间内完成。
Organize the audits, process/equipment review, change management tracking as to ensure the effective implementation of all EHS management systems and the continuous compliance at site. Organize the review of EHS management system and performance regularly, develop action plans and track to closure within required timeline.
12.支持法孚在中国区的其它业务部门在EHS上的相关工作，包括培训、指导与工作场所及客户安装调试现场的EHS审核。
Support Fives China other business units on the related EHS work, include training, instruction of EHS work, job site and customer construction/commissioning site audit.
13.完成主管交付的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

3.能够持续维护EHS专业技能，为运营团队提供相应的专业技术和法规支持。
Ability to maintain EHS expertise to provide technical and regulatory support to Operations teams.
4.能够与不同层级的团队合作，具备良好的影响力技能，在压力和挑战的环境下实现目标指标
Abilities to work with all level of management teams with good influence skill, as to achieve goals and objectives with pressure and challenges
5.本科及以上学历，环境、健康、安全及设备技术相关技术专业。
Bachelor’s degree and above in Environmental, Health and Safety or machinery related technical degree.
6.至少5年及以上工业、生产领域EHS相关工作经验，有压力容器行业安全管理经验者优先
Minimum of 5+ years of related EHS experience in industry or manufacturing, and preferred experience in pressure vessel manufacturing.
Preferred 优先项
1.对机械安全、电气安全、基本行为安全管理有相关经验者为佳。
Preferred experience with machinery safety, electrical safety, human behavior safety management.
